TCU Programming, Coding & Firmware Restoration

Transmission Control Units (TCUs) manage shift logic, torque limits, clutch control, pressure regulation and communication between the engine and gearbox.
When software becomes corrupted or coding is incorrect, symptoms may include harsh shifting, limp mode or loss of communication.

This service provides safe bench programming, coding and firmware repair using OEM-grade bench/boot equipment.
No hardware or mechatronic repairs are performed.

What We Do

1. TCU Programming & Coding

Software-level configuration and coding for automatic, DCT and DSG transmission units:

  • coding correction

  • parameter/configuration alignment

  • reset of adaptation values (software only)

  • calibration block correction

  • enabling/disabling relevant options (where supported)

2. Firmware Repair & Software Recovery

Restoration of TCUs with corrupted firmware caused by:

5. Adaptation Reset (Software-Level Preparation)

Actual adaptation is performed in-car with diagnostic tools.
