1. Do you repair ECUs or just clone them?

Both. Each unit is diagnosed and either repaired on board or cloned if repair isn’t economical.

2. Can you program used modules?

Yes. We can transfer full data or make a unit virgin for re-adaptation.

3. What vehicles do you support?

Most European brands — Audi, VW, BMW, Ford, Peugeot, Citroën, Nissan, and others.

4. How long does ECU cloning or repair take?

Usually 1–2 hours for cloning, 1–3 days for complex board repairs.

5. Can you fix DPF, EGR, AdBlue?

Yes, we provide complete software solutions for DPF, EGR, and AdBlue systems, including diagnostics, fault analysis, and full recalibration of the engine control software.

6. Do you provide reports or backups?

Yes. Each job includes full data backup and written test report.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, card, Revolut, or bank transfer.

8. Do you offer warranty?

Yes. Three-month limited warranty covering same-fault recurrence.

ECU / BCM / TCU Software & Cloning

9. What faults can be repaired in ECUs?

Injector driver errors (P0201–P0204), CAN communication loss, power stage failure, or short-circuit damage.

10. Do you repair or clone BCM / UCH / Comfort Modules?

Yes. We clone, program, and repair BCM/UCH modules — transfer EEPROM/FLASH data, virginize, or adapt to donor units.

11. How fast can you clone a module?

Cloning is usually completed within a few hours, depending on current workload and queue. Jobs are prioritized efficiently to maintain fast turnaround.

12. Do you repair gearbox (TCU) hardware?

No. We perform TCU software programming and firmware tuning only, not mechatronic or hardware repair.

13. How are repaired or programmed units tested?

Each unit is bench-tested with simulated ignition, CAN, and injector load.

14. Do you handle flooded or water-damaged modules?

Yes, only for data extraction or cloning. Physical board repair is not provided for water-damaged PCBs

15. Do you restore broken or burnt PCB traces?

No. If PCB tracks are damaged, we extract available data and use a donor module for recovery.

Mobile Diagnostics

16. Do you offer mobile service?

Yes. On-site diagnostics and electrical fault testing across Leinster and nearby counties.

17. What can you check on site?

No-start, check-engine, power or communication faults, battery and charging issues.

18. Do you remove and refit ECUs or BCMs on site?
Yes, safely with anti-static precautions.

19. What warranty applies to cloned or programmed modules?
All cloned and programmed units are fully tested and covered by a 3-month functional warranty. Warranty does not cover water, physical, or installation damage.

20. How far do you travel?
We travel up to 150 km from Arklow for diagnostics and on-site service.

21. How much is the call-out?
From €150 depending on distance and complexity.

22. Do you provide consultations before sending the module?
Yes. We offer free pre-diagnostic advice via WhatsApp or email to confirm the best service option before shipping.

23. How do you handle shipping and turnaround?
All courier jobs are processed immediately upon arrival. Return shipping usually occurs within 24–48 hours, depending on workload.

24. Do you work with garages?
Yes. Bench repair, cloning, and data transfer for garages and auto-electricians.

22. What’s your turnaround time for trade jobs?
Same-day for cloning; 2–3 days for complex ECU or BCM repairs.

24. Do you accept courier jobs?
Yes. We test, extract data or repair, and return units with full report and invoice.

25. Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes. Fixed rates and priority service for regular partners.

25. Can garages send multiple units at once?
Yes. We handle bulk orders — each module is logged, tested, and processed individually with detailed tracking.

26. Can you test modules before installation?
Yes. Full bench simulation with GT100+ and custom harnesses.

27. How do you handle data security?
All ECU data and VIN info are stored securely and never shared.

28. Do you provide documentation for garages?
Yes. Each completed job includes diagnostic or bench test report.

29. Do you support workshops with technical guidance?
Yes. We assist garages remotely with wiring pinouts, programming steps, and synchronization procedures when needed.

30. Do you provide urgent or weekend service for trade clients?
Yes. Express jobs and weekend turnaround can be arranged by prior agreement, depending on workload.
