BCM Services

Body Control Modules (BCM/UCH/General Modules) control lighting, locking, immobiliser functions, communication networks and multiple body electronics.
When BCM data becomes corrupted or hardware fails, symptoms include no-start conditions, locking issues, lighting faults and network errors.

This service provides bench-level BCM cloning, configuration repair and EEPROM/FLASH data restoration, without vehicle.

What We Do

1. Full BCM Cloning

Complete software-level duplication of BCM data, including:

  • EEPROM

  • FLASH

  • immobiliser/security data

  • VIN

  • configuration parameters

  • key authentication blocks (module-dependent)

Ensures the donor BCM behaves exactly like the original.

2. EEPROM / FLASH Data Repair

Data corruption may occur due to:

  • voltage drop

  • failed coding

  • water intrusion

  • short circuits

  • incorrect programming attempts

Damaged memory blocks are rebuilt, corrected or restored from clean data sets.

3. Configuration & Coding Repair

We correct BCM issues related to:
